Instructed Vote from National
​Re: Virtual Meetings
Due April 14, 2023
NEW Instructed Vote - Back in early December, National Office sent out to all parish council Presidents information regarding a new instructed vote "Proposed amendment to the Constitution and By Laws 2022 (C & B)." This packet will have included your council's instructed vote forms that need to be filled out by each parish council. 

Please ensure your council holds the instructed vote at a general meeting in either February or March and complete your parish council instructed vote form. Both the President and Secretary of your council must sign the form confirming the results of the vote for your council. Keep the white copy of the form. 

Mail (via regular mail) the yellow copy to Clover Oryschak (Diocesan President) so that she receives it by April 14th. And send the pink copy to National Office. 

Didn't receive your instructed vote package? Contact National Office.
