100th Birthday Member Celebration

This year, we celebrated Natalie Carley’s (our 75-year CWL Member) 100th Birthday with her daughters Cathy Michael and Joan Beaudoin and friend Sharon MacQueen plus 55 members and guests at our St. Charles June Social. It was held on the 10th of June in our Activity Centre. Plus, that evening we honoured Irene Midgely with the “Maple Leaf Service Pin” for all her hard work and dedication to the Council. We had a wonderful meal catered by Happiness Catering and we were entertained by a Pasty Kline impersonator who was great.

Feed the Hungry

On May 30th, 2025 five members gathered in the St. Agnes church kitchen to prepare 100+ servings of hamburger soup for the Feed the Hungry project at Sacred Heart Church of First Nations. The following day, they started with prayer, delivered and served the soup and other goodies, then ended with prayer.
